How to Prepare Moroccan Green Tea
Loose leaf serving portion: Around 2g per 250ml cup
Water temperature: Around 80° C
Brewing Time: 2-4 minutes
Serve hot, add sugar for the traditional Moroccan Brew
Iced Tea, let cool and add ice, mint and a slice of lemon
To make a cocktail:
Place a few fresh mint leaves in the bottom of a glass.
Add the Moroccan Mint green tea, rum or bourbon, and simple syrup, and stir to combine. For a Mocktail, leave out the spirits and use your imagination, add maple syrup or a non alcoholic spirit instead.
Fill the glass with crushed ice and garnish with additional mint leaves.
