Roasted Dandelion Coffee is the perfect caffeine-free alternative to instant coffee.
Dandelion coffee is used the same way as typical coffee beans. So it should be ground and then infused in boiling water.
Our Dandelion Coffee journey started a few years ago when a friend came to stay and helped us with weeding our herb beds, she saved all the Dandelion roots and prepared them and sent me off to roast them! We could not believe the incredible taste and were hooked. Wham Bam! we now save what we grow and its taken off so well we now have to source it to meet demand. We love the one we have sourced as it grown in the UK but we have the space and desire to grow more ourselves this year.
We chose to adopt the Dandelion at the Kingsbridge Nature Festival 2023 is such and incredible plant and a superhero.
