Totnes Market and the road to green teas

Many businesses have started out on a market stall, a great place to learn the ropes, test the water and take a few risks. We were a late entry into the world of Markets and Festivals but have enjoyed every minute and it has been the biggest learning curve. With a background in Retail and Marketing it was ingrained in my DNA  to listen to the customer, acting on the feedback is crucial if you are going to succeed. Herbal Tea is our passion and we love talking about it as well as growing it but we were being asked a lot about Green Tea, after all the health benefits are well researched so we set off on a journey of discovery. The result was launched at the Market on Friday 12th July. We sold quite a few and we did a little Irish jigg on the way home. Still lots to learn but our Green Teas with their Herb Heaven Twist are out there!
